1. REGISTRATION of all the guests is obligatory and is done only after presentation of an identity document. Minors are allowed only with a parent/guardian /!
2. Payment (extra) is paid on site at check-in.
3. The guests of the house with their stay should not create discomfort for the residents around the house. NO noise is heard during the hours 14:00 - 16:00 and after 22:30.
4. The guests of the house bear material (financial) responsibility for damaged or lost property.
5. IT IS FORBIDDEN to keep external persons (without registration) on the territory of the residence without the permission of the owner of the house.
6. The minimum stay are two overnight stay: arrival after 13.00 noon on the first day and departure until 11.00 on the next day.
7. SMOKING in the bedrooms is FORBIDDEN!
8. Adoriria Guest House is provided for full use of guests and staff are not responsible for personal loss and/or injuries during their stay.
9. Upon leaving, guests are required to personally hand over the administrator's keys.
